Somethumb designed and developed a clean, modern website that highlights the client’s expertise in Northern California residential real estate. The site showcases their full-service approach, including in-house remodeling and staging, with dedicated pages for buying, selling, and exploring featured listings. We integrated real-time MLS search functionality and by using the IDX Broker API, created a custom intuitive layout for “Featured” properties, making it easy for users to navigate the home buying journey. The design reflects their brand’s professionalism and trusted guidance — aligned with their mission to help clients pivot when real estate needs change.
As a retail real estate brokerage start-up, we were limited on time to focus on our online presence and website development.  Somethumb took the entire process off our plate and built a site that was sleek and easy to navigate….designed perfectly to our brand and business culture.  I’m extremely happy we found them when we did.
